Peter Anderson of Ringwood East, Victoria signed a Declaration of Conscientious Non-Compliers at the May 1969 Conference of Non-Compliers. He refused to register under the National Service Act (NSA) by January 1969. He was summonsed to the Ringwood Court but refused to plead. He was fined $40 with no costs. The Newsday reported that his father wept in court over the charge brought against his son. In early 1970 Peter refused to attend the compulsory medical examination. It appears he was not further prosecuted under the NSA.
