William Robb was a Minister in the Churches of Christ. He was Joint Hon Secretary of the APPU (VIC) in 1939, and a member of the CO’s Central Committee. He attended a medical at Parkville and informed the Area Officer that he would refuse to enlist.  The outcome of his stance is unknown, nor why a Minister of Religion (usually an exempt category) was called upon to take a medical, presumably prior to being called up for military service.
