Wiliam Price was born at Guildford, WA, on 18 May 1908.  He was a Jehovah’s Witness. After being ordered to perform noncombatant duties, once the right to appeal was established, he lodged an appeal on 3 July 1943. It is unknown whether the appeal was heard on the scheduled date, 29 July 1943, but if it was, no decision was handed down.  Justice Dwyer deferred the appeal on 22 May 1944, and the outcome is unknown.
