Bruce Head was a Fitter and Turner from East Coburg a suburb of Melbourne. He was a Christian pacifist who applied for full exemption from military duties during 1966-1967. At his hearing on 23 January 1967 Magistrate Warwick granted him exemption from combatant duties only. It is unknown if Bruce appealed the decision.
