Further Information:

David Cook was from Western Australia and a Christian. He made application for full exemption from military duties. He quoted   from the Bible in support of his application.  His court appearance was on 31 May 1966 and heard by Magistrate W Blackwood.  He was granted exemption from combatant military duties. It is unknown if he appealed that decision.
