Lloyd Anderson was a member of the Christadelphian Ecclesia in Brisbane, QLD. He refused to take the oath of enlistment and was sentenced to three months imprisonment on 22 May 1941. He appealed. The Governor General remitted his sentence after the law was changed on 11 February 1942, granting objectors the right to apply for exemption from military duties.
